Hi,
I applied to NYU as well and am waiting for the decision. You mentioned that you rushed nyu to give you the decision as the deadline for the reply to another program was approaching. Since I'm in the same position, i want to rush them but my deadline for reply to another program is 4/15. I'm wondering how well before you asked them to give you the decision. I'm afraid I won't be able to get the decision soon enough.
