The only report of its kind, it is made relevant across different institution types and roles by the response rate of our alumni - 87% this year! We greatly appreciate the contribution of all of our alumni without whom this report would not have been possible.
[The survey was distributed to all the 2014-2016 Baruch MFE alumni. Of the 82 alumni surveyed, 71 responded, representing an 87% response rate; 90% of alumni continue to work in the financial services industry and 77% work in the United States within the Greater New York City area.]
The report contains data in the following categories:

- Organization Type and Area of Focus
- Compensation: Institution Type / Role / Prior Experience / Prior Education
- Nature of Work and Job Satisfaction
