Hello, I recently graduated from a good school with a bachelor's in econometrics. I have a job offer at a regional bank doing quantitative analysis but not specifically in the primary quantitative field. I was wondering how to get into a more quant role. I currently have some programming experience mainly in R and Python. Are there any recommendations for other languages I should learn or if I should go into an MS in financial engineering or an MBA?
