I wonder when the enrollment date is for every month? Is it the 1st day of every month? And is it still possible for me to enroll in the C++ course of August?

Yes, of course.
Just to be clear, you can make payment NOW to enroll in Sept or you can make tuition payment in Sept and enroll right then.

It depends on when you plan to start enrolling because the 16-week countdown begins from your official enrollment.

1) If you plan to enroll when you make your tuition payment, click here to pay
2) If you plan to enroll at a later date but prefer to pay tuition now to reserve your place, click here to pay and enter the date in the invoice number field.
