Students don't have to take Pre-MFE to get those math skills. However, Pre-MFE courses will help you to refresh or learn knowledge that we need for MFE program in an efficient and effective way. Since those math skills are pre-requisite, it is saving time for MFE students.As Danielle said, there were some international students took Pre-MFE courses. In addition, only the C++ course is online. All other three Pre-MFE courses are not.I hope that helps. Feel free to ask any more questions.
