Career in Turkey

A bit of a niche question to ask understandably. However, I know that to be a good quant it would make sense to be in a big market like UK,US or even a big European powerhouse but due to personal reasons I am thinking of moving to Turkey post graduation. Does anyone have any idea what the job market is like in Turkey or even any career advice about such a move?. Any big quant scene and what is the pay like. Unfortunately glassdoor and such services are not really a good measure here. Any idea hoping someone has an idea
