I also see people deleted their cases once they received a reject.With existing option to make your cases anonymous, there is no reason to do that. It does not make you feel better or change the fact and it does not help the hundreds and thousands of applicants each year who use our Tracker to guide their application process. I talked to a career coach last night and she mentioned that admitting failure is seen as a sign of strength and confidence. I guess in some cultures, it's taboo to talk about failure. But this is America.
