Do I have a chance at UCB?

Hello, I want to apply to UCB for MFE Spring 2021. Can you please evaluate my profile and let me know if I have good chance at securing a place at the program? Here are the details:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from a well-reputed college in India. Overall CGPA: 8.07/10, Final year CGPA: 9.33/10.
2. CFA L1 and FRM P1 cleared.
3. Very good grades in subjects like ML, Algorithms and Data-mining.
4. Programming Languages: Python, C++, R, Java, Ruby on Rails.
5. Final year project on ML & finance. Got a paper published for the same.
6. Another research project using clustering algorithms.
7. Two internships: One for a startup in the role of a Financial Analyst, and another for an ngo in their finance team. Combined tenure- 1 year.
8. GRE Score: 165Q 163V 4.5AWA.
9. Few online courses in calculus and finance.

Also, any additional input or ways to improve my chances are welcome!

To me, looks like a very good profile. Still, some aspects look incomplete for UCB, in terms of work experience, grades in mathematics courses and GRE Quant score. The pool of selected applicants for UCB will be very strong, with good work experience (may not be the case always) and with strong background in mathematics.

In case you want to apply without any workex, I'd suggest you to give it a try with a GRE Q > 168. You haven't mentioned much about math grades, if they're good enough, I believe you will have a good chance even without workex.
