Entry-level Quant Careers Day at UBS - 15 December

Quant Careers Day '06

Paul & Dominic are holding an all-day careers event in partnership with UBS Investment Bank in London on 15th December. This is a great opportunity for those with a PhD, the CQF or a Masters to learn about getting that crucial first banking job, to find out about quantitative roles within banking, and, most importantly to speak to those actively recruiting at the entry level.

If you are ambitious and interested in a quant career in a top-tier bank, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

This event will be attended by UBS representatives working in quantitative roles within equity derivatives, fixed income, credit, and hedge funds who will be able to share the insights of their day-to-day at work. Experts in the field such as Pat Hagan and Paul Wilmott will be sharing their experiences.

In addition to the talks and the information, we will also host a networking lunch where there will be an opportunity to talk informally with a wide range of people working within quantitative roles. We have tried to ensure a balance of more and less experienced representatives to provide you with an opportunity to get exposure and information from both senior and also junior staff in their early careers who were in your position not long ago.

When? 15th December. It's an all-day event, from 9 to 4:30, including the networking lunch. Attendance will be expected for the entire session.

Where? UBS, Liverpool Street London. Full details will be sent when we register you.

How to Apply? Send the latest version of your CV to Dominic@PaulDominic.com. This event is expected to be oversubscribed so please send in your application as soon as possible.

What Happens to My CV? Your CV will be stored by UBS and P&D to be considered for entry-level quant positions.
