I do share your concern but only you as an applicant can demand action. Every program has its own timeline and procedure and no amount of email will make it run faster. I remember one of their recent web event that all applications need to be read by program's faculty. I imagine those professors can only read so many applications a day out of their busy life.Are we past the deadline they mentioned they will release decision yet?
