Maybe you shouldn't shop for other jobs while at work, and these things won't be blocked.

That's how to get a job at some funds. Some others will punt your resume so hard that it'll go into orbit. You know, the funds that blacklist Wall Streeters? (They're usually the best ones.)

Don't worry, they don't hire undergrads either.

You can't have it both ways - either you are going to the street, or you are at the top of your field and can get "invited" to work at the funds like Renaissance you idolize so much.
