how to run the first hello code

Hello @APalley

I installed the VS community 2019 using the following link.

VS Community 2019 (free):

Now I want to try the first code hello.cpp. In the vedio studio, I open the file hello.cpp.

The interface is different from the interface in the lecuture vedio. Whatever, I click build menu, run code analysis on solution, but nothing happened. This is the screenshot of the interface.

This is first time I am doing C++. Can you please guide me through it to run the first program.
