Interning at a startup hedge fund: what are my full time options?

I'm at a global macro hedge fund. I'm doing research on the transportation industry over the summer. The firm is new and has 100M AUM. I was hoping to go into one of the big banks for market risk or market risk at established hedge funds. I'm worried about what the full time offer salary will be at this current hedge fund since the summer internship is unpaid and they are employing ~6 for the investment side alone and they have 2 partners (everyone else is intern). Would you stick with the hedge fund or look elsewhere? Also I expect to get some experience in the transportation industry but how does that translate to getting interviews/offers for market risk? thank you
