Hello everyone,

I'm currently a front office analyst in a 2-year rotational program at a BB. I have been in this role for a year now, and I recently received an offer from the buyside. My new offer has better compensation and visa sponsorship, and the new position is aligned with my career goal. My question is: has anyone ever left a rotational program early? If you did leave a program, how did leaving the program affect your career?

It's a no-brainer - go for it. Apart from your current employer being unhappy about it there is no real downside.

Thank you for your reply! I'm just debating if better compensation (+20%) is worth burning my bridges at a BB.
