MFE and Crypto

A large number of tradfi quants and traders have been moving into crypto. There are many new and interesting quant problems to solve, whereas tradfi is same-old same-old.

Does the MFE program you are attending (or attended) offer any crypto focused courses? What was the focus?

My program doesn't have any courses specifically dedicated to crypto, but it does offer the flexibility to explore this area through final project or dissertation. For the MSc in Mathematical Finance, you have the opportunity to work on projects like pricing crypto assets, which can involve complex SDEs. This might cover fundamental aspects and variables unique to the crypto market.
