Hello
I would like to ask for your advice. I am a recent graduate of the quantitative economics master’s program and I have master's and bachelor's degrees in theoretical physics. I have interned at KPMG for approximately 1 year in an audit intern position. Currently, I am in NYC and I have been looking for a position for the last 4 months (approximately 300 applications and got 1 interview), but I did not succeed. I prefer quantitative analyst/researcher/trader, financial analyst positions, etc. I suspect the main problems take place because I have work authorization for the next two years, thus I need a visa sponsorship from the company, but I am not sure. Now, I do not know how I can proceed, and looking for some assistance from you.
Thank you!

A majority of quantitative roles sponsor so that should not be an issue. Can we see your resume?
