Most MFE programs publish their graduates min and max salary. And there is a big gap.

min: 80K
max: 190K

What would be a BB Quantitative Analyst or Portfolio Management Analyst's typical salary be? Anyone can offer a smaller range for 2017 market in New York City? Thanks!

60k to 150k depending on location/firm/experience/team/skill/...

The Min/Max salaries of all programs are skewed by those students with work experience. From my experience (strictly sell side, though I suspect buy side is similar), assuming only internships previously:

Associate, Mid/Back office: Starting salary ~85k -- Typical bonus (5k - 20k)
Associate, Front office: Starting salary ~120k -- Bonuses vary greatly
