I am interviewing for a quant position. I have made it through a few rounds. They want me to write a coding challenge in their office which involves numerics and data manipulation in Python.

What do you think I should expect? I have 1 week to prepare. Can you please provide some practice problems that might be helpful. Obviously I don't know what's on the exam. Any helpful sources would be appreciated. Thanks:)

There's a new book out (roughly) titled, "Programming Interviews in Python." That should do the trick.

@bigbadwolf Thanks. I should mention that the programming language was my choice. They won't ask me specific details about Python. It's probably on numerical algorithms. It's also open book. I get access to the internet. I'm thinking of reviewing my algorithms courses and working through a few projects.
