Does being a quant eventually lead to being a fund manager? How are these roles the same and how are they different?
I love math and I love trading (and I am skilled at both). So, it seems like this would make an interesting career for me, but I am trying to get a better idea of what these roles are. As I look at fund manager bio's, they largely seem to be MBA's and not quants. Why is that?
