Hi all I recently got accepted to the University of Chicago’s master program for Computational and Applied Mathematics. It appears that their financial mathematics program is more popular on this forum but I am wondering if anyone has any information about the program. The math/computer side is my preferred aspect of financial engineering so the CAM program interests me a lot.

I’m trying to decide between that and NYU financial engineering and was wondering if anyone had any experience with the CAM program or UChciago in general.

Hey, did you eventually attend the CAM program? How was it? Is it good phd prep?
