Visual Studio for C++

Hey, I wanted to try coding python in VS and downloaded the tool for it. However my Visual Studio does not run C++ code anymore. I cannot even create a C++ project. I cannot find help on google. Does anyone now how to revert back (without uninstalling)?

BTW Python runs fine on it...

Which version of VS do you have? do you have an existing C++ project? if you open an existing project you should revert to C++ otherwise when you create a new project select C++ in one of drop down lists.
