Hi everybody! My first post here.

I am currently pursuing a BS degree in Applied Mathematics at the University of Utah. Besides required core mathematics classes like Linear Algebra, ODE, PDE, Numerical Analysis, Probability Theory, Discrete Mathematics, I am taking (or will take) Mathematical Finance I and II, Stochastic Processes I and II, and Statistical Inference. Moreover, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Finance (Financial Mgmt.), and two CS classes (OOP) are in my list 'to-take'.

I am looking to get into an MFE/MFin/MSQF in future in the USA or Canada.

My questions here are:
1) What school/s do you suggest me to apply for? (No work experience).

2) I was wondering about the class profile of Kent State MFE program. Any Kent State MFE alumni, students or someone who knows about the school here?

Thanks a ton!

...although getting an unpaid 3 month internship at a small financial firm won't hurt...
