Can you describe the work life balance after graduating from quantitative finance. I will be looking for roles as a quantitative analyst, data scientist, quantitative developer roles

Would the work life balance be better at banks/ insuarance companies.

What would the work/life balance be compared to software developer or a machine learning engineer
