Unsure if anyone has applied to this program. If you have, have you heard back anything from Yale since submitting the application?

I applied, but didn't receive any update since then. From the official website, they said interview is not required for admission. But I heard from previous applicants that all admitted students had conducted the interviews. So, who knows...

I've heard several (<5) people receive interview invitations around Feb. 25th on Chinese social media

Does anyone know how interview invites are scheduled? Does this depend on your application date? Do people who have applied earlier get interviews first?

I had an interview last week. I remember that I turned in my application one day before the deadline. Btw, when I was scheduling for my interview, they only had time available from Feb.28th to March 12th. Hope this helps

I was going to but decided not in the end. A confluence of factors, but the ~100k tuition for a nascent and yet-to-be-established program turned me off pretty badly.

I agree, although Yale being an amazing name, other top MFE are much more worth it for same or less price.
