Math BS+MS from top 20 US math school. One abstract algebra REU leading to a publication, another summer research fellowship on PDEs. No prior internships. Finance experience: four math finance courses, placed well in a trading competition.

Kind of botched this interview since it was my first one of the cycle. Was waitlisted on April 1.
