A good training in CS PhD + picking up books from http://www.quantnet.com/forum/threa...uants-mfe-financial-engineering-students.535/ should provide you with enough knowledge to begin seeking for entry-level jobs. That is if you know what you want to do and where to look for them.

Right now, I am already in the process of PHD+Msc.(A decent school but not very top)
I quickly viewed your book list and find I already took some related courses (Bayesian Methods, stochastic process, Time series Analysis, Statistical Inference, PDE, Financial Calculus, Programming Language, Data-Structure...). Do you thin it's useful to take more course to enhance my math background.
P.S. my b.s. major is Computer Science too.
