Columbia MFE Anything from 2024 Columbia MFE?

I also sent an email last week and they replied with that same generic response that everyone gets usually.

Did anyone here try to contact ieor admissions recently? I sent an email some days ago and I've been calling but no response.
No one really bothers to contact them anymore. Unless you have specific questions outside admissions or admissions timeline, you just get boilerplate response that they probably copied and pasted onto their email.

Even with non-admissions related questions, I wouldn't be surprised if they just ghost you given what's happening on their campus and their notorious delay in admissions.

A quick show of hands on how many people are still waiting for Columbia MFE to give them a decision?
A quick check on the Tracker shows roughly 30 pending cases, but the actual number would be much higher. This is a significant issue for those affected, given that other applicants already have their plans in place.

I believe I was one of the first people to even get the current status header change back in Feb. Haven't heard anything since and I would not go to the MFE program even if I got in. Cannot possibly understand how they have no communication within these forums especially with this delay. There is also nothing offered in the summer in terms of technical interview, coding, and career dev prep from what I am seeing online. On the other hand, the MAFN program seems way more responsive, I am able to contact students/alumni from the program at a higher rate of success, and there is a summer program to prime us for coursework and interviews.

Ok so we’re beyond that point as well. Does anyone know iif they do/how many rounds of acceptance there are?

Can the people who are already enrolled in the Columbia MFE program confirm that there is no summer boot camp/interview prep to help the students?

For MFE, there is a Quantitative and Programming Bootcamp starting in late July-August, as well as a Professional Development course (for resume, cover letter, linkedin, etc..) starting around that same time.
