Hi all,I've narrowed down my choices to the above 2 programs..I'm leaning towards fordham for the following reasons
1)In my discussion with Director sheng,I got to know a lot more about what the program offers its students, and it seemed way more aligned with my career goals.
2)NYC location
3) Numerous discussions with both fordham and BU current students-Most recommending fordham
4)Cheaper
5)fordham seems to be more 'reputed' in the industry.
A bit about myself-Im currently working as a consultant to Mizuho US as part of their model risk group.I also have prior experience in pricing of various interest rate and equity derivatives using computational means(Mostly FDM).I have an engineering degree with an abysmal GPA and currently my interests lie in solving complicated PDEs computationally.
Thanks
