Yes, I received the email notification about 2 hours ago without any scholarship. I submitted the application on 1/12, the very exact day of the deadline.

Yes. I would expect they send out 200+ offers a year. So maybe 130 in R1

That's not what I meant. I just assume we can expect more ads without scholarship but I still know nothing about the admission pattern, including will there be more scholarships.
