Looking at the tracker for the previous years it suggests they mainly release decisions on Fridays of each February for round 1. If they stick to tradition, we should probably have news this Friday or the one after that.

They don't do in-person interviews

This program does not hold interviews, they directly issue a decision based on your submitted application.

In that case, were some decisions already released last week ? And, usually, are the decision batches heterogeneous (Rejections/Acceptances mixed), or are rejections released first ?

It's somewhat unlikely that decisions were already released last week given that nobody received decision back then here. There should have been at least one update last week if that were the case. Based on the past trackers, it seems like acceptances are released first followed by rejections.
