I noticed this also, though I doubt there's a 1-1 correspondence between # of available time slots and # of applicants they plan to interview. Cannot be certain though, of course

Thanks so much for the info. Do you by any chance know the stats for previous years? There's a chance that they will admit much fewer candidates to keep their small cohort if many of the 2020 class deferred due to COVID. (Worst case scenario, hopefully I'm just overthinking) Otherwise, the interview-admission rate seems too good to be true. If in previous years they also sent 60 invites and admitted 50, then we are pretty damn lucky.

It is more like a conversation for them to learn more about you and for you to learn more about them. Nothing technical for me. A pleasant conversation. Have a pretty strong feeling it is a good fit for me. Good luck to everyone .
