Looks like its no good news has been reported today from Georgia Tech. Either waitlists or rejections
I am yet to receive any mail.

its almost 3:30 pm at Atlanta, still so many pending status and no new admits since a long time!

As of now, the tracker shows: 20 accepted, 12 rejected, 2 waitlisted, and 20 pending applications.

Last year, the final tally was 27 acceptances and 15 rejections, yielding an acceptance rate of around 64%, according to QuantNet.

If we assume a similar acceptance rate this year, we can expect around 35 total acceptances by the end of the cycle. Since 20 offers have already been reported, that suggests approximately 15 more acceptances might still be on the way—potentially coming from the pool of 20 pending and 2 waitlisted candidates.

That means roughly 7 out of every 10 of us in the remaining group could still receive good news. So let’s stay hopeful—there’s still plenty of reason to be optimistic.

I have paided the fees for the GaTech program and part of their offical WA group. There are overall about 38 students currently who have been accepted to the program. I also did an interesting poll where in it turns out only 3 people(I am sadly one among them) in the entire group do not have work experience and almost everyone here is applying with work-ex and most common being 2-3 years workex.

Got rejected for every program. I think it’s time for me to consider other paths such as go to work directly or change a career path. Nonetheless, good luck to you all.

Oh wow that's quite a high number that means they aren't much seats for fall 2025. Praying for the best

81 seats have been filled for fall 2025 entry this year till now. for the last 2 years a total of 139 were accepted for fall entry.

If I remember right from the last session, they said they had overfilled seats last year and were looking to cap at 60-65 students this year. If 38 have enrolled, that’d leave around 22-27 seats left

and do we have any stats on waitlist getting upgraded to Accepted ? or what percentage of applicants got waitlist previous years?

Waitlists have been updated on the tracker so it’s a little difficult to figure that out, but based on the result dates - there are a couple of people from last year who had applied in December and ended up being accepted in late April; so I’m assuming they did end up being picked in the final round.

Some trackers will show the date of waitlisted and the date where it turns to Accepted. The status updates are at the bottom of the tracker.
This is only if members update their trackers in stages, from Pending, to Waitlisted and then Accepted when they get an update.
If someone add the trackers and enter the Accepted result, the Waitlisted stage will not be recorded.

I had attended their admission session , and they told they will cap it at 50 or lesser this year.
