Columbia MSOR Got rejected from MS&E, can they transfer application to MSOR?

Applied Master of Management science and management, and got rejected yesterday.....

sign... a bit unexpected..
I remember that I checked on the application that "considered of MSOR"
is there still a chance to appeal? or transfer application to MSOR?

I might be wrong on this, but I think if they didn't let you know that you are being considered for MSOR after your initial MS&E decision, then it's probably a no (similar to MSFE that were directed to MSOR perhaps?). But you can always contact the admissions office directly and I am sure they can give you a concrete answer. Best of luck and sorry about the decision.
