Used Copies of the PRM Handbook (2015)?

Has anyone taken the PRM Certification in the past year or so?

I don't suppose there are any used copies of Professional Risk Managers' Handbook - 2015 Edition for sale? Strangely, I can't seem to find this book used.

I found the exact edition listed on Google books but there is no ebook available for this. It is not even for sale when I attempted to get print book. In other words, it is hard to find this rare book online.
