I like how people are taking advantage of this. We give our members a chance to be professional, and at the same time able to maintain a need for privacy. (first name only, initials, etc)

If someone signs up with pretentious names like "QuantTrader", "MathGenius", it's very unlikely that people would take them seriously or spend time to answer their newbie questions.
