When can we expect Yale to roll out invites?

According to previous years limited data on admits, it's too late for any further interview invites, but can never be 100% sure, so i guess we gotta wait. In the same boat as you. cheers!

Received mail from Yale -
we are planning to release admissions decisions on Thursday, March 27, 2025 by 5pm.

but I havent received interview invite yet. So it's a ding right?

Every 2024 admits on the Tracker got an interview in Feb. If you don't have one by now, it's a slim chance.
