if you go to your status page, it seems people that will get a decision that day will have 1 checklist instead of 2 as usual (think it usually happens around 3 pm est). but who knows they could skip this friday

By "tl" you mean timeline ? If so, I submitted my application on March 21st, yesterday (April 26th) one of my checklists disappeared at around 3pm (EST) and I received the offer at around 6pm (EST).

Is that what you are asking?

For 2022 admits, when my friend applied in R1 he got a decision on March 10, according to Risk.Net, that year, 1428 applied. So this year I'd assume a 30-50% increase. If anyone else can find some data please share too
