Na I decided not to stop by their office. Didn't think much would come of it.

I think you are overreacting. I got an extension on their deadline and I declined their offer TODAY. And I am sure I am not the only one who got an extension and preferred to go somewhere else... This implies that they will have some places for the program and it's perfectly fine if you still don't know nothing... Just wait a few more days!

Just got an email saying they would like to redirect me to MSOR.

You'd better ask whether there is someone who havent decided to go; otherwise, the chance is very low.
