Which upload button?
"there is precedence for the “upload” button disappearing from the “add supporting documents”, under the “view full application details” section of the application self service portal. Many believe that when the button disappears, a decision has been made and you will hear the results shortly" Quoted from Student Room

I got the upload button as well. I think people are reading too much into the website layout....it might just be a difference between a Chrome and an Edge browser.
I tend to agree with you. In saying that, mine has just disappeared...

I can still see the upload button, what should I infer? :(
Don’t take anything I’m about to say as facts. The whole upload button drama is highly speculative 😂. but based on my readings of previous threads. I would say: Upload Button stays means Waitlist. Uploay Button disappears means Accepted or Rejected. They usually send out Acceptances fist and Rejections slightly lagged.

do anyone has info on the waitlist at imperial ?
I don't have specific info but my read into the waitlist at many programs is that they want to see how will accept their offer after the deadline. After that, they can determine how many to offer admit in the next round and so on until they fill their desired class size.
Obviously, this will put many people in the tough position of having to decide with a deadline when not receiving all decisions. I don't think there is anything one can do about it, given there are numerous programs, all with different deadline and admission process.
